Our rescheduling policy prioritizes flexibility, yet we regret to inform you that we do not offer cancellation refunds. However, clients are welcome to reschedule their bookings within specified parameters for weekday, weekend, and one-on-one sessions, ensuring a fair and accommodating approach. ​ Weekday Events (Monday to Thursday): * Rescheduling 4 weeks before the reservation date: No penalty. * Rescheduling between 3 to 4 weeks before the reservation date: 10% fee of the total rent. * Rescheduling between 2 to 3 weeks before the reservation date: 25% fee of the total rent. * Rescheduling less than 2 weeks before the reservation date: 50% fee of the total rent. * Rescheduling is allowed only once. Any subsequent rescheduling will not be permitted and will be considered a cancellation. Weekend Events (Friday to Sunday: * Rescheduling 8 weeks before the reservation date: No penalty. * Rescheduling between 6 to 8 weeks before the reservation date: 10% fee of the total rent. * Rescheduling between 4 to 6 weeks before the reservation date: 25% fee of the total rent. * Rescheduling less than 4 weeks before the reservation date: 50% fee of the total rent. * Rescheduling is allowed only once.
