STUDIO BOOKING

Here are the instructions on how to book, see the calendar and how to calculate your event time properly:

 

1. You need a digital calendar on your computer or your phone (I've sent you an invitation to your email address, every email account has a digital calendar) and there you can create an appointment after checking availability at the studio and add support@radiantheartstudio.com as attendee. Then we will receive an email with the request and can accept it and it will be blocked in the Radiant Heart Studio Calendar. 

 

2. Check out the calendar here. You have also received an email today with the direct access to the calendar and add it to your calendar. I recommend getting a gmail account. I also recommend adding the gmail calendar app then it is really easy to see it on the mobile phone. It's possible to book back to back (you can go in from the time the next person is leaving).

 

3. How to calculate the correct time for your studio booking: 

Arrival of the students + time of the class/workshop + tea after the class and departure of the students = Time of booking and add additional 30-60 min studio preparation +30-60 min studio cleaning (15 minutes before an after are included in the total pricing).

 

Please note that if you come earlier and need more time, you have to book that time additionally, so this means even if your workshop is 2 hours, if you hang around longer with your students, you have to calculate that as well so that it is clear for everyone what time they can come into the studio and when they have to leave. If you stay longer, you will also have to pay for the additional time you've used the studio. 

 

4. To book your spot after following the steps above: 

-Go to your digital calendar

-Create a new appointment with the exact time and date as calculated above and your name plus event or private class  (example: Aleks: Event / Aleks: Private Group Class / Aleks: 1:1 Session)

-Add theradiantheartstudio@gmail.com (in 2024 only) to the attendees (for 2024 and 2025 also support@radiantheartstudio.com

-Mark as "beschäftigt" / "occupied"(scroll all the way down)

-Send it, wait for the acceptance

 

5. The pricing and cancellation policy for your bookings is in your contract. Please pay your bookings before the 1st of each month directly to the bank account in your contract. If you make a few bookings in advance for the same month, you can pay them all together.

7. Cancellations: If you cancel your event, send me the notification through the calendar appointment and email to support@radiantheartstudio.com. Please do not send whatsapp-messages.
