About the event
I'm taking you on a magical journey with the wonderful Hogwarts soundtrack.
Enjoy a relaxing evening centering around the heart and deeply resting on all levels. The cacao will gently connect us with our hearts and get us in touch with our emotions. The yin yoga journey will support us in letting go and nourishing ourselves, anchoring deeper into our heart's truth from a rested space.
There isn't anything specific to prepare, have an easy digestible veg dinner at least 1 h before the ceremony and come in comfortable clothes, bringing your journal and a pen and anything you want to recharge on the altar. If you're pregnant, take anti-depressants or heart medication and/or have had a physical injury that still affects you, please let me know as you sign up.
After the ceremony you're welcome to chill in the tea lounge for another 30 minutes and connect with others.
