The last two years I’ve spent some time in a tiny village in Graubünden; and the Engadin region has become my place of healing, processing, recharging on such a deep level to help me gather new strength, inspiration, clarity and trust in life.
After organizing the monthly Female Business Owners Breakfast Gathering & several other Women’s Gatherings this year, with over 100 women attending these events, I’d love to show my power spot that helped me gather new energy, inspiration and helped me release stress and overstimulation as a founder of different businesses (Radiant Heart Studio, Naked Chocolate, Radiant Heart Experiences).
It’s a weekend to do less but whatever you do shall be in alignment with
your body, mind, heart and soul.
What This Weekend Is (and Isn’t):
This weekend you won’t get overloaded with information or well-meant yet not so practical advice. Nope, I believe you got it already within you but you need a frame where you can float freely, ground, connect and feel brave to share it with the world and yourself.
The workflow & content creation sessions will help you create for your business while the ceremonies and nature will help you relax, connect and exchange with other women as well as deeply replenish you.
About the Engadin Region in Canton Graubünden:
We’ll be moving between the villages Madulain, Zuoz and La Punt-Chamues-ch.
I’ve been here several times already and it’s so magical.
Wonderful pine forests, the powerful flowing Inn river, majestic mountains, mystical fireplaces, beautiful farmers’ shops, few but great restaurants with high-quality food, cozy accommodations and great bakeries.
It’s a place to not only reset your energy but to heal on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level - the air is so pure, crisp, and replenishing.
The level of green and pine smell… I can’t wait to show you this wonderful place.

Friday:

Arrive anytime before 4 pm (time can be adjusted depending on the group)

Nature walk & welcome ceremony in nature or indoors depending on the weather

Welcome Dinner at the local Pizzeria in La Punt Village (many options: vegan, lactose-free, spelt flour, gluten-free flour, classic etc.)
Saturday:

Free morning to do what you want until we meet <3

Hike & nature ceremony with ceremonial cacao from Madulain to Zuoz approx. 10:30 am

Eat at Hotel Castell lunch and do a meditation and journaling ceremony

Intentional workflow session to have a container to create something concrete

After that free afternoon where you can either use the hammam/sauna at the Hotel Castell, chill in their café/terrace, go for a walk, explore the village or take a longer hike somewhere else

Dinner of your personal choice alone or with another woman/women or the group

From here we’ll mostly take nature walks, go for ceremonies and more.You can book and choose your own accommodation depending on your needs.
There are a few cozy options in Madulain, Zuoz and La Punt-Chamues-ch. Some are more simple and rustic, others modern cozy and more luxurious.

Because of the nature of the program I cannot offer you a refund on the cancellation, but what I can do in case of any emergencies is that you can transfer your spot to a different person or you will be on the priority waiting list for the next mountain gathering with a secured spot. Please note the payment is due within 24 hours of booking.
Last minute bookings must be paid in advance of the retreat.
