Yoga Nidra & Sound bath
with Renata
Take time to slow down and listen to what your body reveals in stillness. We begin with a short pranayama practice, followed by a classical yoga Nidra. To go deeper in a meditative state we settle into a spacious sound bath that supports release, inner clarity, and deep rest.

Drinks & Snacks:
Enjoy before and after you class a complementary cup of tea and snacks. It's possible to purchase a cup of ceremonial hot Cacao by Naked Chocolate as well as nourishing treats.
Important information:
All classes are CHF 20.- (cash or Twint directly to the teacher). No-shows: CHF 20.-
Photos and videos may be taken and used for our website and social media.
If you cannot attend, please email support@radiantheartstudio.com so someone else can join, at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that there are no refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Email support@radiantheartstudio.com
Arrive 15 minutes before class starts (minimum 10). Bring a towel, a yoga mat if you have your own, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing. We're starting on time, please arrive punctually.
