A practice for a heart wide open. This new moon calls for the seeds of bold action, confidence and leadership in your life. Make decisions or they are made for you energy. Take hold of the reigns of your life and just go for its energy. Fan the internal flames of your inner fire energy. Review and reset your boundaries energy, the season of testing those is upon us. What inspires you, what gives you confidence, who are YOU now compared to a year ago? Spring is here and it calls in rebirth, nature blooms again and so should we – inside out.
This practice will focus on our heart space, gently opening towards receiving in this new cycle and moving towards our own fearless self. The stagnant energy of winter is leaving us – we say goodbye to introspection and focus on more action. This 2h journey will start with a Yin Yoga and Sound Vibrations practice for grounding and gently opening body and soul towards our hidden inner realm, ending in a Yoga Nidra Meditation to expand even more into the subconscious.
At the very end before coming fully back from savasana, you will also enjoy a yummy tuning forks head massage. This practice is here to cut out the external world for a while, fully immersing in yourself, your wants and needs without apologies – you deserve some well rounded me-time. Singing bowls are known to induce a deep sense of relaxation, relieve stress and regenerate our cells, as the body is mainly water and water reacts to sound vibrations – reviving, relaxing and grounding as a result.
Enjoy a yin yoga practice focused on the current season, with added sound (singing bowls) and tuning fork massages in between poses directly on the body, come back to full presence, calm your nervous system, leave floaty into to the new week.
