YIN YOGA & SOUND VIBRATIONS FEEL NEW MOON EDITION SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 12TH, 2023 7-9 PM “To be reborn is a gift, the cycle of death and rebirth is a power I harness within me” The Scorpio truth paradox is: if you want to trust, you have to risk. And if you want to know joy, you’ll know pain. If you want to fall in love, you will get your heart broken. If you want to know what it means to be fully alive, you will have to experience loss, grief, and death. Said differently, a Scorpio family member of mine reminds us, “If you want to play, you got to pay.” Thus, this new moon invites us to feel, to tap into ourselves and clarify what’s worth investing ourselves for – in relationships, work duties, and our routines. Where should you focus your energy towards more, and where less? This 2-hour journey will start with a Yin Yoga and Sound Vibrations practice for grounding and gently opening body and soul towards our hidden inner realm, ending in a Yoga Nidra Meditation to expand even more into the subconscious. At the very end before coming fully back from savasana, you will also enjoy a yummy tuning forks head massage. This practice is here to cut out the external world for a while, fully immersing in yourself, your wants and needs without apologies – you deserve some well-rounded me-time.
