About the event

Get ready for some good vibes in this Strong Vinyasa class. With a focus of the month, we will be dipping into some knowledge from Ayurveda, Hindu myths, philosophy quotes, some poetry, and all this accompanied by a rather strong physical āsana practice.

This class blends strength and fluidity for a fulfilling yoga experience. Alina, your guide on this journey, infuses each session with a vibrant energy that can fit both beginners and seasoned yogis.

In Alina's class, expect more than just physical exercise; it's an opportunity to stimulate both your body and mind. Alina's hands-on approach ensures everyone feels supported and encouraged in their practice. With a touch of humour, the class becomes not only a workout but also a joyful escape, leaving you energized and hopefully inspired.

About Alina:

I am a strong believer that yoga is not only asanas; normally I start my classes with a short satsang (talk) on yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, or any other information which could help the student move deeper inside themselves.

For the flow itself, my classes are rather dynamic, using a lot of circular rotations of shoulders and legs, connecting to the core, focusing on the breath and playing with the movement.

I try to make every class different, so you can expect something new every time, and also exact cues and quite many assists (and maybe a little massage in Savasana).

What I’ve studied: Hatha Vinyasa RYT 500, 60 h Yoga philosophy, 60 h Yoga Therapy, 40 h Ayurveda course, 100h Shadow Yoga Course, and learning more and more every day.

For my own practice, I am a student of Shadow Yoga.
