What is a Shamanic Sound Journey:

A Shamanic Sound Journey is an experience that combines meditation with live music instruments performed intentionally. 

It leads you through a 60-minute session, focusing on different parts of the body and different qualities to harness such as grounding, creativity, compassion…

This unique blend of music and visualization offers a gentle yet profound way to navigate emotions and thoughts.

Who is it for: 

• For the hardworking individual that needs a moment to reconnect and have a better vision about personal and professional aspects of life.

• For those experiencing confusion or uncertainties, seeking clarity to set intentions and take thoughtful actions.

• For anyone in search of a meaningful experience.

• For those seeking tranquility.

• For the heartbroken.

• For those dealing with physical discomfort due to ailments.

• For music lovers.

• And for anyone going through a human experience and need to improve and equip themselves to navigate this experience more efficiently.

Bring with yourself:

Eye Mask or a clean cloth to cover your eyes.

An extra blanket if you are typically cold.

Don’t:

Drink or get high at least 2 weeks before the session.

Eat heavy food on the day of the session.

Do:

Just like a fragrance, music is gentle yet capable of evoking scenes. 

My sound journeys won't overwhelm you and are easy yet effective on the body and mind. If you're sensitive, rest assured that you can safely participate and benefit from this experience.

Drinks & Snacks:

Enjoy before and after you class a complementary cup of tea and delicious cookies. It's possible to purchase a cup of ceremonial hot Cacao, as well as nourishing treats.

Important information:

• All classes are CHF 20.- (cash or Twint directly to the teacher). No-shows: CHF 20.-

• Photos and videos may be taken and used for our website and social media.

• If you cannot attend, please email support@radiantheartstudio.com so someone else can join, at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that there are no refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Email support@radiantheartstudio.com

• Arrive 15 minutes before class starts (minimum 10). Bring a towel, a yoga mat if you have your own, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing.

• You are welcome to join multiple classes. Please sign up online.

• Teacher contacts will be shared with you, and you will also be added to our newsletters (unsubscribe anytime).

• There may be pictures and videos taken during the Radiant Heart Winter Wellness Festivals.
