Who is it for:
For the individual that needs a moment to reconnect and have a better vision about personal and professional aspects of life.
For those feeling pressure from relationships, family roles, or expectations, and needing a place to breathe, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
For the heartbroken.
For people dealing with stress-related physical tension
For music lovers.
For anyone going through a human experience and need to better equip themselves to navigate this experience more efficiently.
This experience is helpful:
If you are in a toxic relationship with your partner, family or boss and need a space to yourself to unwind and reflect.
If you need to stay strong and grounded for your family, friends or team.
If you are trying to find your way back and set new goals.
If you are an athlete and looking for ways to help with recovery.
If you are a recovering, drugs, alcohol, or porn addict and need to stay grounded.
If you are in a phase of your life that slowing down is your priority.
If you feel like you have been giving too much and receiving too little and need to do something beneficial for yourself.
If you are in search of a meaningful experience.

Attending the sessions once a week can be highly beneficial. Attend all four sessions at CHF 180.
I’d like to remind you that these sessions are offered in exchange for a financial contribution not because the work is commercial, but because it requires real time, preparation, years of training, and a dedicated space to hold safely.
Your contribution is not a “fee for music,” but an exchange that allows this work to continue, deepen, and be offered with full presence.
The Introductory session on 27th Feb is donation-based so that anyone who genuinely feels called can experience the work regardless of financial situation. The series is paid so that continuity, commitment, and sustainability are honored.
A note from Mehdi:
I work with ancient sound technologies from multiple cultures to guide inner journeys.
My background is Persian and Sufi, and I have more than 20 years of experience as a multi-instrumentalist.
It is important to understand that “Shaman” is not a job title like “accountant.”
It is an archetype:
– One who works with rhythm
– One who uses sound to shift states of consciousness
– One who guides inner journeys
– One who mediates between ordinary and non-ordinary perception
This archetype exists across cultures and languages:
• Siberia (where the word “shaman” originates)
• Persia (known as dervish, ‘arif, majzoob, ahl-e haal)
• Native American traditions
• African traditions
• Amazonian cultures
• Celtic lands
• Sufi lineages
• Yogic traditions
When I use the word “shamanic,” I am not referring to ethnicity, but to function.
I use it in its universal sense: sound as a bridge between inner and outer worlds.
I created these sessions because I see a deep lack of spaces in modern life where one can slow down, regulate the nervous system, and journey inward through sound and rhythm.
I had to learn this path largely on my own, through years of practice and experience.
If what I have learned can now serve others, then the journey has meaning.
Peace
Mehdi
