Iranian born, California raised, Goldiss found her way to Zürich through travel and love and love of travel. Having a personal practice since 2000 and a teaching practice since 2011 - yoga for Goldiss is simply being. It is in sharing though, that her soul truly shines.

From downtempo yin yoga to funkalicous hip hop yoga and everything in between, Gold’s classes share her light-hearted laid-back Californian attitude. As in life, music transforms the vibe of each class into an experience. Certified in the styles HOT, Yin, Power Vinyasa, Aerial, and Kids Yoga, the sequence and intensity of her teaching varies in accordance with the style being offered, as well as the students experience and energy.
