Pre and post-natal, Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm (1h) from the beginning of October until the 20th of December for now

Join our nurturing Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Class, a harmonious journey for expectant and new mothers alike. In this class, we offer a safe and supportive environment where you can embrace the beauty of your changing body.

For the Prenatal Yoga, we focus on gentle stretches, breathwork, and relaxation techniques specifically tailored to expectant mothers. It's a time to connect with your baby, relieve common pregnancy discomforts, and prepare your body for childbirth.

For the Postnatal Yoga, the focus is more to postpartum recovery, helping you regain strength, tone muscles, and restore balance. Babies are welcome, and our instructors are experienced in creating an inclusive atmosphere for mothers and infants to bond.

Whether you're a mom-to-be or have recently welcomed your little one, our Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Class is a serene space for you to find solace, support, and a community of fellow mothers. Nurture yourself and your baby in this gentle and empowering practice.

About Pauline: 

Pauline is a French Yoga teacher trained in Thailand in Alignment Yoga. She is a passionate yoga teacher, that start her journey from the bustling streets of Paris to the serene shores of Switzerland. She discovered yoga as an antidote to the stress and demands of her job, and it soon became a sanctuary of solace and balance.

With unwavering dedication, she delved deep into the ancient wisdom of yoga, exploring various styles and teachings to enrich her own understanding. First with a 200h training in Alignment Yoga, then with Yin Yoga and pre-post natal training.

Her classes offer a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, providing a safe haven where students can find respite from their hectic lives. The focus of her classes is to reconnect you with your body, with your breath, be more present with yourself and the others. She became a Yoga teacher with the desire to share her experience, bring joy and serenity back, in order to build together a world based on kindness.

Her gentle guidance and empathetic nature create a space where students can explore self-acceptance and self-love.
