Nature Ceremony: Cacao, Live Guitar, Yin Yoga with Aleksandra & Mehdi Dehbandi

Join us for a magical morning at the forest - meditating with a cup of ceremonial cacao and live guitar and flute music. Soften with yin yoga and nourish with a cup of (depending on weather iced) cacao.

We all say we need less but also we’re hungry for more. 

But like with actual food, you need to fuel yourself with what’s truly nourishing. Otherwise you’re running empty - never feeling quite here, never feeling quite fulfilled and never feeling quite satisfied. 

Our Nature Ceremonies consist of creating a space in harmony with nature - and guess what - we humans are nature. They’re simple these spaces - not much dogma or throwing around wisdom just to sound important - enough keeping ourselves busy without intention and meaning. In this space you’ll experience SPACE, SILENCE, EASE. 

So that you can go within and also sometimes come out from to deep within the head. Feeling the body, emotions and thoughts. Yet, reflecting, resting, releasing and nourishing yourself. 

We use tools that support us in a very practical way in the day to day - we don’t like to use the term spiritual or mindful practices because anything you do or not, the way you act or think, can be that or not - doesn’t matter how it looks and much less what it is. 

Our tools are: Nature, the Four Elements (Water, Fire, Air, Wood), Ceremonial Cacao from a trusted source & intentionally well-prepared for nourishment), Yin Yoga without any fluff, Music and Real Instruments played by an experience Musician that understands how music and sound affects one, Herbal Infusions and Nourishing Food. Each Nature Ceremony is unique in the tools we use and time duration. Explore how to create more vibrancy and meaning in your life - each day, not for one special occassion. 

Come to have your own journey within the journey. We’ll be there, great people will be there and you and the tools. 

Ceremonies can be serious, can be fun, can be sad, can be frustrating, can be the most relaxing and nourishing. There is space for all - to feel and allow it to be - without over-fixing. Nothing you should have fully transformed by the end of the time together - you may but without pushing and expecting. Coming back into a natural flow and trusting ourselves; body, mind, heart. 

Let’s breathe back meaning into our lives and go beyond the should’s and dogmas of ANY bubble and culture - while not forgetting that we’re part of something - even if it’s “just” nature. 

Our nature ceremonies happen outside - if it’s raining, we’re at our Radiant Heart Studio in Zurich Wiedikon close to Sihlcity.

Location: Ringlikon Forest - a special fire place 7-minute walk from the Ringlikon Train Station -> Uetlibergbahn, 2nd last station

After our ceremony there will be some nourishing snacks for you to ground back in. Or the Radiant Heart Studio if it rains - you'll be informed 24 hours in advance.

Meeting point and time: We're meeting at 08:50 at the Ringlikon station -> the 08:44 am train from Triemli station (check on sbb.ch the ideal station to hop on for you).

• Please bring:

  • a Yoga, fitness mat or rug

  • a Towel or blanket

  • a Water bottle

  • a Thermos with tea

  • a Sunscreen if needed

  • a Thick spray/thick and mosquito safe clothing

  • a newspaper

  • a small cup

  • a Yoga block or chair pillow

  • a small snack after the ceremony

  • tissue paper

  • disinfection spray

Come as you are - no experience needed. Let’s begin the weekend in stillness, stretch into presence, and enjoy the gentle rhythm of live music and mindful movement in nature. Please note there are no toilets - just the forest :)

Booking and cancellation policy:

Please note in the beginning of the classes, there will be some pictures and videos taken for social media. If you don't want to be in a picture, let us know via online-sign up, so you can place your mat on the side. No faces will be visible. Please note we can't offer refunds if you don't show up or cancel.

If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance via email to support@radiantheartstudio.com you will receive a voucher (minus CHF 45 admin fee) for another ceremony in 2026. You can also give your spot to someone else by emailing us with them in the CC their full name, any allergies for cacao/health notes, phone number and email address. You'll be automatically added to our Whatsapp Channel and Newsletter. You can exit/unsubscribe anytime.
