About the event
Do you also feel like the first months of 2024 were full, exhausting, and challenging? Are you craving some lightness, sprinkles of glitter, and dancing into spring but your calendar is full?
So do we! That's why we have created a little pre-spring ceremony to release tightness from our bodies and get into that butterflies in our belly's spring mood.
We will do some uplifting nervous system release exercises, dance the dust of winter away, warm our hearts with ceremonial cacao, and relax with a heart-nourishing Yin Yoga Journey.
Co-created by Aleks Nikolic and Gisèle Ladner, this is an event that is created out of love and trust. We will create a safe, beautiful space for you to relax and recharge.
