Kundalini Activation with Linda

Experience the Kundalini Shakti Energy within you.

This Kundalini Activation session is a guided, music-based experience lasting approximately one hour. Participants lie comfortably on a yoga mat with their eyes closed while a carefully curated musical journey supports relaxation, inner awareness and the natural flow of energy through the body.

The session may include gentle energetic facilitation and intuitive touch, always with the participant’s consent. Every experience is individual: you may notice physical sensations, emotions, inner images, spontaneous movements or simply a deep sense of rest and connection. No previous experience is required.

Bio:

Linda is a certified Kundalini Activation Facilitator, innerDance Instructor, systemic coach and experienced yoga teacher based in Basel, Switzerland. Since 2023, she has been guiding individuals and groups through transformative experiences that support deep relaxation, embodied awareness and a stronger connection to their inner energy.

Enjoy a complimentary cup of tea and cookies before or after your class. Masala chai, ceremonial hot chocolate and nourishing treats are also available to purchase.

Important information:

All classes are CHF 33, paid directly to the teacher by cash or TWINT. Bookings are binding. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your place to someone else by contacting support@radiantheartstudio.com at least 48 hours in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts, minimum 10 minutes. Bring a towel, a yoga mat if you have your own, a water bottle and comfortable clothing. You are welcome to join several classes throughout the day.
