Heal Your Heart - Yin & Cacao Journey with Aleks Nikolic

A soothing evening to soften the walls around your heart, invite healing, and nourish deeply on a physical, mental, emotional, and energetic level. This is for everyone craving to reconnect to their heart space and activate their heart energy to flow wildly.

We'll start the evening with a nourishing Cacao Meditation and then move into our heart-activating yin journey.

Tea and snacks will be served before the start, arriving 5-10 minutes before we start at 6 pm.

-A ticket is CHF 55.- per person or CHF 95.- if you book for two people (friends ticket). *

Important Notes:

Please note that three of my yin students will be in the background assisting me and observing me teaching the class as part of their yin yoga teacher training. Note that there are no refunds in case you can't come but you're welcome to give your spot to someone else. As I'm not planning other events currently, you won't be able to shift the date once you've booked your spot.
