This journey gently connects you with your individual Intuition, which allows you to create your own safe space. Breath into real soul connection with yourself, which feels aligned with your truth. This practice is for newbies or experienced ones who are more interested in integration into everyday life. You will also receive a Handout for Integration Practices.

• All classes are donation-based (cash or Twint directly to the teacher). No-shows: CHF 15.–.

• Photos and videos may be taken and used for our website and social media.

• If you cannot attend, please email support@radiantheartstudio.com so someone else can join.

• Arrive 5 minutes before class starts (maximum 10). Bring a towel or yoga mat, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing.

• You are welcome to join multiple classes.

• Teacher contacts will be shared with you, and you will also be added to our newsletter (unsubscribe anytime).
