Something is brewing to fullness which still feels unknown.

Unknown is exciting, if we were to know all things, what mystery is left to weave the texture and meaning into our lives?

The unknown is a gift, a space that is beyond what is possible to dream up, beyond our imagination. It is wild to think we cannot possibly imagine what could be around the corner. Rather than fearing it, embrace it. Use it to your advantage, dream the impossible.

After bathing in the manifesting energy of the past new moon, we’ll end this cycle by going inwards, releasing emotions, comparison, harsh feelings towards ourselves, thoughts on what may other think of us or doubts that may hinder us to take action upon what we want to manifest. Look inwards, into the polarities, take a deep breath, release and just do it.

This class has been created to do so in yoga nidra – to unravel EMOTIONAL FREEDOM, we will delve deeper into our dreams, the ones you have present and maybe some of them forgotten. Resting body and soul, along with the cleansing power of sound healing, relaxing head tuning fork massages and full moon energy, we’ll actively create time to dive into what we really want to manifest into our lives.  The mellow tunes, sound healing and head tuning fork massages at the end of the session will facilitate energy flow and renewal – to leave rooted back in your confidence, with a cleared system and inner trust.
