In October, the only full blood moon of 2023 will rise in headstrong Taurus, bringing fierce shifts that can cause rifts in our sense of security as we try to keep a fair balance between our hearts and our minds. This moment is all about finding the confidence to get our emotional needs met and getting out of our comfort zones. This full moon also targets especially our emotional needs in relationships, the ones with others and ourselves.

Put the cosmic pieces together, it’s time to put away the doubts we’ve had in our heads and hearts. Moving towards a healing and loving space – to serve ourselves and others better.

This class has been created to do so in yoga nidra – to cultivate CLARITY, we will play a lot with the opposite forces in body and mind, to reach a place of neutrality, clarity, and inner peace.  Mellow tunes, sound healing and head tuning fork massages at the end of the session will be added to facilitate energy flow – to leave rooted back in your confidence, with a cleared system and inner trust.
