Element Flow & Sound Bath with Zsa Zsa

60 min compact Element Flow into the Pancha Bhuta Elements (earth, water, fire & ether) inside and outside your body. This practice blends mindful movement, breath work, and a gentle Hatha Vinyasa flow, culminating in a Reiki-infused sound bath for relaxation, restoration, and integration.

I have guided my community in Zürich for the past 5 years and internationally online in exploring and embodying their multidimensional potential on the mat, in their daily lifestyle, and throughout their journey toward deeper wellness and healing.

Enjoy before and after your class a complimentary cup of tea and delicious cookies. It’s possible to purchase a cup of masala chai and a cup of ceremonial hot chocolate, as well as nourishing treats.

• Photos and videos may be taken and used for our website and social media.

• If you cannot attend, please email support@radiantheartstudio.com so someone else can join, at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that there are no refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Email support@radiantheartstudio.com 

• Arrive 15 minutes before class starts (minimum 10). Bring a towel, a yoga mat if you have your own, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing.

• You are welcome to join multiple classes. Please sign up online.

• Teacher contacts will be shared with you, and you will also be added to our newsletters (unsubscribe anytime).
