60 minute compact Element Flow into the Pancha Bhuta elements (earth, water, fire and ether) inside and outside your body. This practice blends mindful movement, breathwork, and a gentle hatha vinyasa, culminating in a Reiki- infused sound bath to relax, restore and integrate your practice. All levels welcome and my17 language delivery will be in English.

Bio:

Trained under Sivananda and Himalayan lineage under Traditional Yoga, India with earlier practice in Ashtanga, the question around intention, focus and embodied energy led me to structure my yoga practice through the Pancha Bhuta, allowing each element to become a lived experience of awareness, balance and healing.

• All classes are CHF 20.- (cash or Twint directly to the teacher). No-shows: CHF 20.-

• Photos and videos may be taken and used for our website and social media.

• If you cannot attend, please email support@radiantheartstudio.com so someone else can join, at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that there are no refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Email support@radiantheartstudio.com

• Arrive 15 minutes before class starts (minimum 10). Bring a towel, a yoga mat if you have your own, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing.

• You are welcome to join multiple classes. Please sign up online.
