Connecting with our hearts is a powerful path back into our own body and a state of ventral-vagal safety, where you feel strong and connected. Coming home is a practice to slow down and receive clarity.
Aleks and Gisèle have been friends for years, traveling together, laughing and crying together. They not only bring their skills as space holders into this event, but they also create together from a space of deepest admiration for each other’s work.
