Spring is here and you want to feel energized and relaxed at the same time? Come for a 75-minute session designed to rejuvenate you physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically - feel connected to yourself, centered, grateful, and nourished.

We will activate this state with the help of the meditative yoga-style YIN - which is long-held poses (as you're laying or sitting down) with different cozy yoga props by Aleks Nikolic and drink a cup of grounding ceremonial cacao by Naked Chocolate.

This event is a community event, it is by donation, and you can pay what you can and wish to give back. We want to make these tools accessible to everyone, no matter how big your budget is currently. If you're financially more stable, feel free to pay it forward to people who wouldn't be able to afford this generally. These events are our way to give back to the community and keep building it together. We start and end these ceremonies with a cup of tea, chats, and snacks.
