We'll start with a grounding Cacao Meditation where we will reflect on the past week and anchor in our hearts to move through the yin journey tuning into our bodies and setting intentions for the week ahead from a place of well-being and serenity.

Note that there are no refunds in case you can't come but you're welcome to join another event by Aleks (no collabs) at the Radiant Heart Studio in 2024 (pay the difference) if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance and your spot can be sold.
