A Journey Back To Your Heart - Yin Journey & Cacao Ceremony with Live Guitar Music

This ceremony is an invitation to open all 4 doors of your heart and tune into your heart desires - allow all emotions to come up, be felt, take up space and be released and transformed into a heart vision.

We will activate this state with the help of the meditative yoga-style YIN - which is long-held poses (as you're laying or sitting down) with different cozy yoga props by Aleks Nikolic and a mesmerizing sound journey (guitar, mouth harp, Native American flute, frame drum, didgeridoo, and more) by Mehdi Dehbandi. We both bring over a decade of experience in creating and holding spaces for people to have a (safer) space dedicated to themselves.

Timetable

• from 15:35: Tea & Arrival

• 15:45: Start of our Ceremony (please arrive at least 5 minutes before)

• from 17:15: Arriving back into the space, a little snack, going home, or connecting with others

• 17:30: End of the Event with an exciting Naked Chocolate goodie bag

Exchange:

• CHF 120.- (regular ticket)

• CHF 90.- (reduced ticket if you have a IV/LEGI)

• This ceremony includes a nourishing goodie back (with some delicious Naked Chocolate Ceremonial Cacao in it & more), herbal tea, 1-2 cups of ceremonial cacao by Naked Chocolate, live music by an experienced musician, yin yoga journey by an experienced yin yoga teacher, healthy homemade snacks, and herbal tea.

Facilitators:

Mehdi Dehbandi

Musician and sound journey facilitator, Mehdi weaves ancient instruments such as the Native American flute, mouth harp and hand drums into deeply meditative experiences. He curates events that blend music, mindfulness and ceremony to create meaningful collective experiences.

Aleksandra Dehbandi Yoga teacher, ceremonial guide and founder of Radiant Heart Studio, Aleksandra holds space with depth and grace. Her workshops combine Yin Yoga, cacao rituals and practices to help participants reconnect with their heart and cultivate stillness
