We're celebrating 3 years of the Radiant Heart Studio

3 years of connecting, creating, moving and relaxing.

We invite you to sit with cacao in a circle, celebrate yourself, the cycles you’ve been moving through, and then move, dance, express, and deeply rest!

Imagine an evening where you feel free, safe, and connected to yourself.

Imagine connecting to your heart and feeling your body with a cup of ceremonial cacao.

Imagine dancing freely, wildly, gently, softly, crazily, and unspectacular - however you feel - among other women, creating a safe space to explore, move, rest, and digest?

Imagine after whirling your body, mind, and heart to nourish and integrate this journey in a meditation, honoring yourself, the other humans, and the space you’ve co-created.

Imagine feeling alive, radiant, and brave. Give yourself the permission to feel and move, be still, be wild, be calm, and be grateful.

Come dressed in the way you feel the most comfortable, beautiful, and happy. And as it is October 31st, maybe you even want to dress up in a way you always wanted but never dared.

After the cacao, dance, meditation, you’re welcome to stay for a cup of hot herbal tea and some nourishing foods (in the time above included). Feel free to bring some nuts, dried food or whatever you love to snack on.

We're starting with a meditation and a cup of ceremonial cacao by Naked Chocolate accompanied by live music by Mehdi Dehbandi. Then we'll move into our free-flow dance journey after the warm up and close the space with a long relaxation and a cup of herbal infusion and nourishing treats in our cozy lounge.

The door opens at 6:50 pm - please arrive before 7 pm so that we can start on time
